Add links to Datadog dashboard in the Benchmark reports

      Description

      We want to add links to Datadog dashboard on published benchmark report.

      Note that this will requires an NXIO Datadog access and that the DD retention is only 3 months.

      The long term solution would be to create a DD notebook or to extract a static HTML version of the dashboard, to be define in another ticket.
