Add pipeline to validate the next Nuxeo version with the latest promoted Web UI version

      Description

      We want a new pipeline running every night to:

      • Launch a Nuxeo instance with the latest LTS 2021 build + the latest promoted Web UI version (from Connect prod)
      • Run Web UI functional tests against this instance

      If tests are failing, we want to be notified in the #platform-notifs Slack channel so that it can be investigated.

      Leverage the nuxeo-server-integration-tests repository from NXP-29353 as stated in the Epic spec.
