[Platform CI] Fix CI deployment stuck build

      Description

      Regularly, we've observed the platform-ci build being stuck in the "jx upgrade platform" step.
      This is due to the expose pod never being scheduled, because of NXBT-3601.
      Let's try to disable this chart and use plain Ingress objects for Nexus and Chartmuseum.
