[Platform CI] Attach AWS credentials rotation pod to the dedicated node pool

      Description

      The AWS credentilas rotation pod, regularly created by NXBT-3587, might suffer of never being scheduled. Since it doesn't have any tolerations, it can only get scheduled in the default pool "pool-2", thus fall into NXBT-3601.
