video previews not generated, verify DAM/ffmpeg on cold storage previews

      Description

      since we'll have some rendition work with cold storage, we should make sure we have ffmpeg installed on our previews. Right now, when I uplodad a video, we don't get any renditions (images are good, so imagemagick is installed).
