Update Aspera Crowdin job secrets

Since Aspera is under a private repo the user that has the needed privilegies is a different one than the one used for Web UI, Retention and Cold Storage (for example), since they are public repos.

Given that, we need to keep both users on our jenkins secrets and update Aspera job accordingly.
