Generation of official release notes should include all projects involved in the HotFix

When building the release notes of a HotFix, all projects involved in the HF should be included in the release notes, e.g.:

• the project NXP (already included)
• the project ELEMENTS (currently missing)
• the project WEBUI (currently missing)
• maybe other Jira public projects

E.g. in https://connect.nuxeo.com/nuxeo/site/marketplace/package/nuxeo-10.10-HF32 , the release notes appear as:

I would suggest simply adding lines of the same style, and removing the complete word (to be replaced with the project name)
