New target platform version range field

      Nuxeo Connect client should handle a new field `target-platform`.
      Her value describes target-platform compatibility range. Following Maven syntax (https://maven.apache.org/enforcer/enforcer-rules/versionRanges.html).
      This field should be taken into account instead of of platforms to validate compatibility.

      Deprecate the prior `platforms` field.
