Prepare Nuxeo 5.5

      Description

      On CI:

      • rename all 5.4 jobs to 5.5
      • update them to point at 5.5 branches

      Update default values for build tools (doc generation, QA and CI scripts, nx-builder, ...).

      Maintenance of previous releases is performed on dedicated branches (such as 5.4.2), so there's no point at keeping 5.4 jobs (currently building 5.4.3-SNAPSHOT).

      On Nexus, should we remove all 5.4.3-SNAPSHOT artifacts?
      Not immediately but after a week, that would ensure the migration is properly achieved.
