Add a nuxeo-packages-11 pod template

      Description

      For the needs of ARender - NEV, the explorer and further addons/plugins, we need a dedicated pod template which is not the one used by nuxeo/nuxeo repository.

      This is mainly because the nuxeo/nuxeo repository deploys several container to perform MultiDB tests whereas we don't need them on addons/plugins.
