      Description

      After changes for NXBT-3308, when the jira issue is private, no comment is added anymore (and there is an error in logs), see test showing the issue at https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-tools-hooks/pull/9

      Expected behaviour: a simple link to the jira issue should be provided (with no details)
