      Description

      When creating a Pull Request on Github, add a link on the referenced Jira issues to the PR.

      Sample link can be seen on NXP-20340 (unrelated to this, but this issue is used in unit tests), here's a screenshot:

      NB: Jira links support "status" information on links, but that would imply reacting to new events than just the PR creation --> we'll see later.
