- clean the job and move it to a declarative pipeline
- align the build
- For 9.10, keep the default settings.xml until it is migrated to staging, for 10.10, use the same settings.xml as in staging pipeline.
- add functional testing like in the staging pipeline. Make it optional since you don't want to always run those tests. This will also allow this job to be used by the Tomcat upgrade daily check job to produce a HF marketplace.
