HF building job does not find staging artifacts for 10.10

      Description

      Due to the 10.10 hotfix releases being migrated to staing, the HF building job needs to be aligned accordingly to prevent failures like:

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project nuxeo-runtime: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.nuxeo.runtime:nuxeo-runtime:jar:10.10-HF19: Failure to find org.nuxeo.common:nuxeo-common:jar:10.10-HF19 in http://mavenin.nuxeo.com/nexus/content/groups/internal-releases was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of internal-releases-mirror has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]

      This needs to be fixed to validate Tomcat upgrade in HF.
