The Nexus team customization is not aligned with the customized Nexus in Platform namespace.

@Julien Carsique will deliver a new version of Nexus 3 "team"
@Antoine Taillefer will test it in platform-staging then replace the current default Nexus. * Working with @Antoine Taillefer we found a few differences between the code and the current configuration: that encourages to migrate fast
- Decided to use the common configuration "team", adapted if needed, since it's easy to later fork a Platform customization and because Platform is a Nuxeo standard use case
- The Nexus image docker-private.packages.nuxeo.com/devtools/nexus3/team:VERSION could be deployed to packages.nuxeo.com to ease its use by JX.
The same customized Nexus can the be used for AI team too (NXBT-3086)
