Increase internal docker registry volume

      Description

      Currently the internal docker registry volume has a 100G volume to store blobs.

      This is not enough regarding the lack of cleaning policy of this registry.
      We already try a cleaning script but it's not enough too.

      We want to increase this size.
      This should be possible with the helm values, see: https://github.com/jenkins-x/jenkins-x-platform/blob/master/jenkins-x-platform/values.yaml#L844
