Implement preservative strategy on Nexus repository change

When editing the Nexus repository definitions, there may be removals and renaming. In those case, what will happen to the data? How will it be transferred, if needed, to another repository?

Fix the code for being preservative by default: for instance by logging changes instead of applying if some data is not managed.
