Incorrect remaining time displayed for 24/7 tickets

Seems like there is a 24/7 shift (see screenshot slackshot.png)

JSON extract (see SUPNXP-27598_unassigned_formatted.json SUPNXP-27598_unassigned.json) shows the correct time to be 26h 30m:
