Allow GitHub users connection to Nexus docker registry

      Description

      When anonymous access is enabled in the docker repository configuration, we encounter :

      org.sonatype.nexus.repository.docker.internal.security.DockerTokenRealm - Realm did not find user

      It seems to bypass the github oauth plugin for authentication.
