Deploy a whole staging infrastructure for packages.nuxeo.com : test.packages.nuxeo.com on a staging Kubernetes cluster in order to test and validate any future change on the production.

At the end, a GitOps worflow is expected: code in branch, PR, deploy to staging, validation and review, merge on master, automated production update.
