Set a Docker registry in packages.nuxeo.com

      Description

      Currently, the Nuxeo server Docker image is deployed to the Jenkins X internal Docker registry, see https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo/pull/3183/files#diff-737d6e0e6c5b332710b91049ccdfdff5R19.

      A first target would be to deploy it directly to packages.nuxeo.com.

       

      So basically, we would like to be able to only set the right value in the DOCKER_REGISTRY env var for it to work.

      Yet we'll probably have some authentication concerns.
