Pipeline maintenance: execute a smoke test job

In order to ease the validation of server and plugin upgrades, we need a job which execution validates some basic features and prevent regressions.

For instance NXBT-2862 should have been earlier detected, then reproduced in a testing job before resolution.

Create a "simple" pipeline making use of a few basic Jenkins features. That will be a bootstrap for the next fixes.
