Docker compose jobs should inherit the tool used from pipeline

      Description

      When we use utest.groovy or ftest.groovy in CI, the tool declared in the pipeline are not propagated to the docker-compose and thus are not used inside the jenkins-slave image.
      You can find the tool to use there and look at any failing jobs listed here.
