Fix public marketplace packages branches and versions for 10.10

Currently the 10.10 maintenance branch has branches on 3 digits like:
https://github.com/nuxeo/marketplace-agenda/tree/1.6.3

This should be instead:
https://github.com/nuxeo/marketplace-agenda/tree/1.6_10.10

according to this commit:
https://github.com/nuxeo/integration-scripts/commit/e6d70225b1d0c798017e043b24b207b5afd171fd

The following file also has to be updated accordingly:
https://github.com/nuxeo/integration-scripts/blob/10.10/marketplace.ini#L28

Finally the package is aligned on 10.10 distribution:
https://github.com/nuxeo/marketplace-agenda/blob/1.6.3/pom.xml#L6

It should be aligned on 10.10-HF01 instead.

QA2 packages jobs also have to be updated:
