Cannot create a job for sandbox, UI does not allow to choose a Java/Maven version

I created the sandox-type of job, but I can’t select the Java nor the maven version, an HTTP error is displayed (see screenshot)

The job if for the  nuxeo-csv-zip-importer plugin. The job is /Sandbox/sandbox_nuxeo-csv-zip-importer-master.

Either JDK or Maven opts are using a `type tool installation` type which seems to not work anymore.
When rendering the form, it calls https://qa.nuxeo.org/jenkins/job/Sandbox/job/sandbox_nuxeo-csv-zip-importer-master/modelReferenceById/Sandbox%2Ftemplate_sandbox/attribute/jdk/control/descriptorByName/com.cloudbees.hudson.plugins.modeling.controls.ToolInstallationControl/fillValueItems which returns a 400 code.
