Fix Java installation in .exe distribution

Steps to Reproduce:

• Install the latest date-based SNAPSHOT .exe distribution (in this case http://community.nuxeo.com/static/snapshots/nuxeo-10.10-SNAPSHOT-20190104-setup.exe).
• Run the executable file and follow the wizard to install.
• Once installation is complete, find the Nuxeo icon from the start menu and click on it.
  => A terminal opens displaying the following message:

  Found NUXEO_CONF = C:\ProgramData\Nuxeo\conf\nuxeo.conf
  Could not find java.exe in the path, the environment or the registry

  Waiting for 30 seconds, press a key to continue...

• Press any key to continue.
  => The terminal closes and nothing happens.
