Take nuxeo.conf changes into account when building/deploying nightly

      Description

      Changes made in NXBT-2655 are not taken into account in the nightly build.

      redis should have been added to the templates but still isn't present, causing errors when trying to upload blobs.

      The same changes were made to nightly-rainforest: redis was successfully added to templates and blobs can be uploaded and attached without error.
