nuxeo-platform-login-portal-sso is not resovled from static

      Description

      nuxeo-platform-login-portal-sso is not correctly resolved in nuxeo-java-client build whereas it exists and it is resolvable in support builds.

      Error we get is:

      20:33:59 [ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project nuxeo-java-client-test: Could not resolve dependencies for project org.nuxeo.client:nuxeo-java-client-test:jar:3.2.0-SNAPSHOT: Could not find artifact org.nuxeo.ecm.platform:nuxeo-platform-login-portal-sso:jar:10.10-SNAPSHOT -> [Help 1]

      Whereas we have:
