apt.nuxeo.org should be available on HTTPS

apt.nuxeo.org is only available with HTTP.
When using https://apt.nuxeo.org, first the certificate is invalid and if an expection is added, we get redirected to apidoc.nuxeo.com.
This is blocker for NCO stacks where any HTTP connection will be denied for PCI compliance.
