      Description

      Use latest Node LTS (8.x) by default on QA slaves.

      According to Node release schedule:

      Release Start EOL
      6.x 2016-10-18 April 2019
      8.x 2017-10-31 December 2019
      10.x 2018-10-31 April 2021

      We want to be aligned on Node 10.x for our 10.10 release so 8.x is a stepping stone to get us there.
