Add Universal CRT DLLs on Windows

This is required to make Drive working on Windows 7.
This is simple:

• go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
• click on "Windows Software Development Kit - Windows 10.0.16299.91"
• select Change
• select Change
• check "Windows SDK for Desktop C++ x86 Apps"
• click OK

Then the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Redist\ucrt will be available with the desired DLLs.
