Windows certificate for the Drive installer

As the ticket NXDRIVE-261 states, it's been a long time since we stopped to sign the Drive installer.

The code used to sign the installer can be found here: deploy_jenkins_slave.ps1#L338. It may need some adjustments, but no big deal.

About the machine that will do the work, it will be one of our Windows slaves, not need to install the whole process on every slaves.

Antoine wrote some interesting documentation here, but it is moslty for self-signed certificates.

I am new to that area, and so I do not think I can give more details. One last thing, this answer points to interesting ways.
