Rewrite it as Shell code and put it under CI. Be careful with the versioning.
In the meantime, org.nuxeo.packaging:nuxeo-packaging-windows:pom https://github.com/nuxeo/nuxeo-packaging-windows/blob/master/pom.xml) must have an SCM section.
