itests jar should not be included in hotfixes packages

in HF05 and HF07, the itests jar is included whereas it should not:

./packages/store/nuxeo-9.10-HF05-1.1.0/install/bundlesupdate/nxserver/bundles/nuxeo-web-ui-itests-9.10-HF05.jar

For instance, it is not included in the full HF distribution.

This is not critical and a new HF release is not needed but scripts should be updated because:

1. the itests jar is only 20kB
2. it is not deployed since it is in update only mode and the full distribution does not include it.
