Provide a jenkins-slave-test-preprod for image customization testing

      Description

      Provide a preprod slave for testing purpose.
      It builds the specified branch && push it to our registry under the tag `jenkins-slave-test-preprod` without building all the production images.

      To use it on QA, the label is `PREPROD`.
