Nuxeo launcher is not included when deps are not modified

The nuxeo-launcher commits are currently ignored so that the jar file is not included in the assembly file.
Only the deps are thus taken into account.

Commits related to the nuxeo-launcher should trigger a launcher inclusion into the HF.
