The groovy script creating the LTS maintenance jobs should not fail on existing jobs

As maintenance jobs creation for 9.10 was overdue, some jobs were created by hand.
When running the create-lts-jobs.groovy script to create the maintenance jobs, it fails and must be run again (changing the parameters accordingly) to create the rest of the jobs.
