Reduce target footprint size after functional test

      Description

      By default (ie unless provided), the functional tests download a server and left it behind afterwards. This is consuming a lot of disk space for no gain.
      As for NXP-24329, add some automatic cleanup after the tests.
      Be careful:

      • delete only temporary stuff created by the test (likely in target directory)
      • keep useful files such as distribution.properties and logs
      • add an option to skip the cleanup
