Create a dedicated artifact made of nuxeo distribution + pre-downloaded packages

Objective is to have a Maven project that outputs the equivalent of running the fix_zip script that is currently run during IT-release-on-demand-build.
Building this project could be triggered to produce the final distribution to be shared on http://releases.nuxeo.com
