Fix link to jenkins report on email to get the JSF link

      Description

      The generated link on email templates depends on the default UI as of 9.10.
      This generates by default a link to the WEBUI but jenkins report does not have the corresponding configuration for now ==> hardcode the link to the JSF UI.
