      Description

      The latest process for rephrasing the tickets of an HF release is to:

      1. have a rephrasing made by support (TM/FF)
      2. have the rephrasing review made by a native English speaker (KT/GJ)

      A backup is still needed for native speaker.

      Also, if all tickets have a rephrasing field filled in or a noRMS tag added, the support task could be auto-validated. (this is the use case when the rephrasing has been made upfront).

      This should then trigger a hotfix publication job.
      The release notes MD file should thus be refreshed in the GIT repository through the HF publication job.

      Ideally, the ticket number, ticket summary, release note summary fields should be retrieved directly from JIRA and showed into the NuxeoWorkflow.

      Validation button should be available only when the condition is met (all tickets have a rephrasing field filled in or a noRMS tag added).

      The review screen should have almost the same layout but the validation button would be available from the beginning.
