Run Connect Client SonarQube analysis on all branches

      Description

      Next to NXBT-2016 running the analysis on the master branch, extend the feature to all branches:

      • create a multibranch pipeline job
      • define the strategy depending on the kind of branch (master/maintenance, wip, PR)
      • full Quality Gate on main branches
      • block regressions on other branches (ie. threshold on the new issues)
