Pipelinization of HF jobs

The epic deals with:

1. converting existing HF build jobs like:
   https://qa2.nuxeo.org/jenkins/view/Depl/job/Deploy/job/IT-release-on-demand-build-nx810/
2. converting existing HF package building jobs like:
   https://qa2.nuxeo.org/jenkins/view/Private/job/Private/job/HFBuilding/job/IT-HF-PKG-build-nx810/
3. converting existing HF nightly builds
4. merging all the jobs that can be merge during conversion either incrementally or at once (depends on the scenario).
5. adding nightly job(s) for HF package
6. related tasks
