deploy-nuxeo-nightly should deploy datebased on nightly while IT-nuxeo-*-build has a custom description

deploy-nuxeo-nightly can fail to download last nightly from community because it's building the filename from the description of the upstream IT-nuxeo-*-build: if the description is updated to detail test failures.
The downstream job should read the TAG from the release-nuxeo.log file
