add a --nowait option in nightly/start_and_wait.sh to skip wait for server start

      Description

      When running the start_and_wait.sh script with nuxeo.wizard.done=false on the nuxeo.conf, localhost:8080 remains not accessible and the script timeout and cleanup the containers after 10mins.

      The main issue is NXP-23381 but as a workaround the start_and_wait.sh should have an option to not wait for the runningstatus page to be available.
