Add slave with Kafka service

Kafka must be available on some CI slave.
The required version is 1.0.0, it can be run using a docker compose:
https://github.com/bdelbosc/kafka-docker

A profile -Pkafka will be added so that test and ftest use a kafka configuration.

Also Kafka (and Zookeeper) need to be reset completly regularly because it accumulates lots of topics that degrade the service.

For info today the KAFKA label exists and point to kraken where a Kafka 1.0.0 is setup.
