      Description

      We should be able to publish local project registries to a Studio Project.
      For now, is doable using a Maven Studio Plugin and some dirty hands.

      It must be embedded in CLI to help to solve Studio Authentication, symbolic name resolution, etc.

      Ensure nexus is also configured as plugins repositories in the project / settings
