Calculate destination folder

As a dev, for now, the target directory is a command parameter. I want to have my changes going directly to the configured Nuxeo distribution.

-> if no parameter
-> Read `.yo-rc` file
-> Ask to `hotreload configure` otherwise; if not on a Nuxeo Project exit saying to pass the parameter.
