Create an aggregation job for the HF release

      Description

      1. This job will wait for the last functional tests to be successful (see projectWatch.png for configuration). For example in 8.10 chain, database tests like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
      2. It will then trigger the following tasks:
        • Check prepared changesets
        • Perform (push sources and deploy artifacts)
        • Align Marketplace packages

      Also, checks in-between should be performed to ensure everything went as expected (see NXDOC-838 for further details).
