      Description

      This EPIC is about adding support for 2012 and 2016 versions of MS SQL Server.

      2008 SP4 will be EOL in less than 2 years.

      In the meantime many customers have already upgraded to 2012 and some are considering upgrading to 2016.

      Both versions should be added to provide an easy upgrade path.
